as others have stated, for sale board went up late and we had to keep phoning to find out why. we were not given any feed back from viewings , we had to chase to get answers.phoned the office numerous occasions and the person was either on a day off or out of office, the staff take messages and nobody returns call. when it comes to views they are booked over a week in advanced and by the time the day comes the buyers have lost interest.
